III. Features
1. Automatic electronic control system: A Japanese PLC electronic control system and frequency converters are used for integrated control with full functions, high adaptability and low consumption. Its integrated circuits use contactless control program so that the control system may be changed freely according to its own technological requirements. The control desk adopts colorful touch screen so it can be operated more convenient.
2. Feeder base: It adopts a high-end feeder and a reinforced paper feeding device which can accurately sucks papers and smoothly feeds papers. It is equipped with a continuous paper stacking system which completely meets the requirements of high efficient function.
3. Bottom sheet feeding part: The three, four, five, six and seven ply with A/B/E-wave corrugated board, paperboard and grey board are fed accurately and smoothly with the air-suction belts.
4. Drive system: We use an imported timing belt to replace the traditional wheel chain, which perfectly eliminates the problem of inaccurate fitting between surface paper and body paper due to the abrasion of metal chain.
5. Slight regulator: The Japanese original phase regulator, matched with an alignment system, can be used in adjusting error during the high-speed mechanical operation without stoppage.
6. Paper coating system: The automatic glue replenish device together with the glue recovering circulation avoids waste of glue. The glue thickness controlling roll may be adjusted depending on the requirements for products, and used in conjunction with a special-pattern rubber roll to effectively eliminate the problem of excessive glue application and reduce glue consumption.
7. Paper trimming and timing section: Synchronous rear-push type surface and body lay stops push surface and body paper to enter the fitting section and finely adjust the fitting accuracy of surface and body paper without stoppage.
